Moisturiser should be applied thicker in the layer to combat dry skin and applied immediately after taking a fresh bath.

3. Drinking:
Drinking can also improve our skin conditions and help it to glow further. We should drink carrot juice which is a rich source of vitamin C, an antioxidant which produces collagen that is vital to maintaining healthy skin. Beetroot juice helps to purify blood and eliminate toxins making skin healthy and glowing leading to skin softer and supple. Lemon water is also very refreshing but at the same time causing dehydration. Thus, we must choose suitable drinks.

4. Humidify:
In winter the air is dry. Humidifiers put moisture into the air. In low humidity, various skin infections can harm to our skin like bacteria or viral infections. Due to humidifiers the bacteria or virus gets destroyed protecting us from skin infections. It also reduces dullness, dryness, flaking of skin and prevents aging.

5. Toxins and allergens:
Toxins and allergens cause great damage to our skin. For example diseases like eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. These diseases cause allergy and dismantle the growth of our skin. To counteract these diseases we wear natural fabric like linen, loose clothing, cold shower, use of coconut oil, minimize sweat, drink lots of water, clean towels, etc. Thus, making our skin healthy.
