Drinking can also improve our skin conditions and help it to glow further. We should drink carrot juice which is a rich source of vitamin C, an antioxidant which produces collagen that is vital to maintaining healthy skin. Beetroot juice helps to purify blood and eliminate toxins making skin healthy and glowing leading to skin softer and supple. Lemon water is also very refreshing but at the same time causing dehydration. Thus, we must choose suitable drinks.
In winter the air is dry. Humidifiers put moisture into the air. In low humidity, various skin infections can harm to our skin like bacteria or viral infections.
